Preston Baseball Club is committed to creating and maintaining safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

The Reporting Incidents Report ​below should be used to report to the Board of Preston Baseball Club incidents which occur at

Ganbu Djila Sports Park or involve a member or supporter of Preston Baseball Club.

​

Once submitted this Form will be sent to the Board of Preston Pirates Baseball Club to investigate.

Incidents include:

• Physical Injury

• Breach of Child Safety Standards (Refer https://www.prestonpiratesbaseballclub.com.au/childsafety)

• Breach of Preston Baseball Club Policies

• Breach of Player Code of Conduct

• Breach of Supporter Code of Conduct

• Property Damage
